1471 is a rail that fits on several close access small wheel arms. 

The 1471 is used with wheels from 9/16" to 3/4" in diameter.  Use with wheels that have 3/16" shaft size

Arms that it is compatible with include but may not be limited to the following arms:  1470 and 1490.
