Hello. I just wanted to write and tell you how pleased I am with your machine and your service, I have got all the parts now and have already finished my first project with your machine, its powerful, quiet, stable and precise, everything I wanted. And how I ever lived without variable speed I do not know! So thank you for delivering in every sense of the word.

An Update

I just want to add that the grinder is better then I expected. The wonderful thing about it is that it develops together with me - I learn a new technique or workmethod and the machine accommodates with the higher level of precision I need, that i didn't even know I needed beforehand. A sure sign of a great tool!
